Groupe Cible’s afterwork event to celebrate Labor Day in May 2023 was a memorable experience that strengthened cohesion between the group’s different companies. The event provided an opportunity for all employees to get together in a relaxed and convivial setting, encouraging exchanges and strengthening inter-company links.
During the evening, we had the opportunity to share moments of joy and celebration, which helped reinforce the feeling of belonging to the same group. Informal exchanges and discussions between colleagues from different companies have fostered better mutual understanding and strengthened collaboration between Target Group entities.
What’s more, the event also provided an opportunity to express and feel a strong sense of appreciation for everyone’s contributions. By celebrating Labor Day together, we were able to recognize and value the hard work of all our employees, reinforcing solidarity and mutual respect within the Group.
